https://e-journal.stp-ipi.ac.id/index.php/jpp/article/view/480

Range Of Motion is a technique used to treat joint problems such as shortening, stiffness, joint hypomobilization and pain, so that the joint returns to anatomically normal. Contracture is the loss or lack of full range of motion of a joint when moved passively or actively due to the limitation of fibrous tissue of the supporting tissue, muscles and skin. Cerebral palsy is a damage to the brain that affects control over the body regarding position and movement. Contractures and cerebral palsy are inseparable because brain damage causes problems in the locomotor organs, namely the arms and legs. Exercises that can be given are range of motion exercises. This study aims to assess whether range of motion exercises are effective for treating contractures in children with cerebral palsy. This study used a quantitative description research design, with the research subjects totaling 2 children with cerebral palsy who experienced contractures, namely FC and FR. The data collection method used is the observation method. Data analysis is done by comparing the results of the pre test and post test. Based on the results of processing the observation sheet (observation)) observed during the pre test and post test for FC and FR, the average difference between the initial condition and the final condition of the lowest progress obtained is 20 and the highest is 100. If you look at the ideal condition of the direction of joint motion compared to the pre-test condition, the difference is indeed far away because FC and FR have contractures due to high spasticity, but with the provision of range of motion exercises there is a change in joint motion even though it is not too much.
Sri WahyuniErnesta Ene

Catechist spirituality is a profession that is engaged in and owned by a special person who dedicates himself to the education of faith in Jesus because of his professionalism in the field of Catholic education and teaching. Living the vocation to become a catechist is not a stage that is passed at a certain time, but lived for a lifetime in accordance with the vocation to become a catechist. The vocation to be a catechist can only endure, resonate, take root within if it is based on the appreciation of catechist spirituality. A catechist is a person who is specifically called to be involved in the work of proclaiming faith in Christ. The method used in this study is to use several questions as guidelines to obtain information related to the purpose of the study. In this study, researchers took respondents, namely prospective catechists or pastoral workers in the STP-IPI Malang study program from level two (2) and level (3). The purpose of this study is to see how to increase awareness of catechist spirituality of Pastoral Care Study Program Students. The result obtained in this study is that students have begun to live the catechist spirituality just not fully and are still struggling to be able to follow the educational process as prospective catechists or pastoral workers.
The foot-washing ceremony during the Maundy Thursday Mass at PusPas KAJ Samadi introduced a new pastoral interpretation. The ritual was performed in a different way than the traditions of the Roman Catholic Church before it. The flow of framing analysis is utilized in this article to highlight and articulate interpretations of social reality, which are expressed through speech, video framing, and text. The foot-washing conveys a pastoral message that emphasizes the importance of inclusion and social justice values. So, the foot-washing at PusPas KAJ Samadi is more than just a ritual for the Maundy Thursday Mass. But the foot-washing also brings about the actualization of Jesus' mandatum for fulfilling the needs of pastoral ministry today.
Dewi Anggraini

https://e-journal.stp-ipi.ac.id/index.php/jpp/article/view/498

This study is intended to answer the following status quaestionis: Why did Frank Duff (the founder of the Legion of Mary) reques legionaries to practice marian devotion taught by Montfort, namely consecration to Jesus through Mary? The answer is supposed to motivate the legionaries to live the Montfort consecration. In order to answer the question, we use the critical analysis method and critical dialectic method on the related data. We find that the aim of the Legion of Mary and the Montfort consecration is the same. Hence, Montfort consecration is a type of marian devotion that can perfectly bering legionaries to the goal of the Legion of Mary, namely the glory of God through the holiness of its members.

Keywords: consecration, holines, Legion of Mary, marian devotion, Mary’s maternal role
Gregorius PasiMarselina MurniAngelina Ina Bora

https://e-journal.stp-ipi.ac.id/index.php/jpp/article/view/495

The use of the meaning of inculturation received important attention from the Asian Church in the FABC document. According to the FABC, inculturation must be translated into the spirit of the Second Vatican Council in Asian culture. However, the translation often does not match what is expected. This is because the translation was compiled differently and in another culture, so it doesn't make sense. The FABC then sought an answer to that question. First of all, FABC sees that inculturation has a theological basis. There are three foundations of inculturation: creation theology, based on the incarnation of the word and following the theology of the Church. FABC also has an interest in liturgical inculturation. First of all, the FABC emphasizes that the liturgy is a celebration of the faith and a form of evangelism. In inculturation, the liturgy must also be included. This is because the liturgy is the source and pinnacle of the Church's mission. In other words, the mission of the Church and the inculturation carried out must reach its climax in the liturgical celebration. This is because the liturgy must be the most indigenous form of inculturation.
Chrystian Loudry MalauTarigas Balo RayaYohanes Endi

https://e-journal.stp-ipi.ac.id/index.php/jpp/article/view/454

The Church is a community of believers called to serve one another and help those around them in various forms of service, such as charitable activities, social assistance, and emotional support. In carrying out these missionary tasks, the Church often faces challenges, both from outside and from within itself and it is inevitable that in many such situations the Church continues to expand the scope of its ministry. The Church is called in the era of the industrial revolution 5.0. The Industrial 5.0 era typically includes developments such as connected manufacturing, high levels of automation, and more profound use of technology in industrial processes. The role of the Church or religion in this context may vary depending on how society and the Church itself respond to technological change and social dynamics. Some possible considerations regarding the role of the Church in the Industry 5.0 era include: Ethical considerations related to technology: The Church can engage in educating its congregation on the ethical use of technology, including artificial intelligence, automation, and high connectivity. This may involve articulating an ethical perspective on the use of technology to ensure that these developments benefit the common good and protect human dignity. In the context of Industry 5.0, society is likely to be increasingly digitally connected. Churches may wish to consider ways to form and nurture online communities to support spiritual growth and friendship. However, it is important to note that church responses to these changing times may vary and not all churches adopt modern technology in the same way. This depends on the specific values and traditions of each ecclesial community.
Maria Nesta SabambamTheresia Aryanti Mando TatoJulianti FingkyMarsela Sadaria DuhaHelena Hay Leu
