This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of small-group evangelization activities in enhancing mutual respect among students. An experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design was utilized, involving two student groups: an experimental group (participating in evangelization activities) and a control group (not participating). Results showed a significant increase in mutual respect within the experimental group (pretest score 71.14 to posttest 129.05; p-value=1.27E-22), whereas the control group did not exhibit significant changes (pretest score 58.59 to posttest 63.36; p-value=0.127). The study concludes that small-group evangelization effectively enhances mutual respect among STP-IPI Malang students. This paper aims to reactualize John XXIII’s thought in the context of contemporary peace. Through a qualitative-analytical approach, this study analyzes the encyclical to extract principles of structural justice that demand transformative, inclusive political, economic, and social systems, as well as multidimensional dialogue as an instrument for conflict resolution. The findings reveal that John XXIII’s paradigm remains relevant, particularly in addressing the complexities of globalization, where systemic injustices and the absence of dialogue spaces often underlie violence. Structural justice is realized through the strengthening of equitable international law, the protection of human rights, and the fair distribution of resources, while dialogue is positioned as a medium to build empathy among fragmented groups. The study recommends integrating the values of Pacem in Terris into global and local policies. The research methodology employed was a comprehensive literature review. The findings indicate that inclusive leadership plays a pivotal role in addressing issues of equity, social justice, and diversity by promoting diversity, eradicating oppressive practices, and advancing social justice. Additionally, it is imperative to establish inclusive school environments that embrace and celebrate diversity. The role of inclusive leadership in seminary education is also highlighted. Implementing this leadership model can offer valuable experiences and learning opportunities for seminarians, who will later assume leadership roles and responsibilities within the Church, society, organizations or institutions. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami secara menyeluruh bagaimana dokumen tersebut menjelaskan dan mendukung konsep kerasulan awam, serta bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada perkembangan teologi dan praktik pastoral. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari peran dan tanggung jawab umat awam dalam misi gereja seperti yang digariskan dalam Antiquum Ministerium. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan panggilan umat awam untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan gereja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Paus Fransiskus menegaskan kerasulan awam sebagai panggilan universal yang harus dipahami dalam terang identitas baptisan. Kaum awam adalah pelaku utama dalam menyebarkan Injil dan memiliki tugas untuk membangun komunitas iman di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dokumen ini memberikan dorongan yang signifikan untuk pemberdayaan umat awam. Not only mothers but fathers are also very important. The figure of a father is also very much needed in educating children not only as the head of the household who works but also educates children, if a child does not feel the presence of a father figure in his life, it has a physical and psychological impact on him. Losing a father figure or the role of a father is also known as fatherless. Fatherless makes a person inferior and lonely. This research method uses descriptive qualitative through library research, namely collecting data by understanding and studying theories related to and supporting this research. The aim is to find out how the role of pastoral counseling in overcoming fatherlessness in adolescent girls aged 12-18 years. The results of this study indicate that adolescent girls who experience fatherlessness will have a very bad impact on their adolescence related to building relationships with the opposite sex, emotional disorders, identity crises, and behavioral disorders. Therefore, Christian counselors are present to help deal with adolescent girls who experience fatherlessness by; 1). Building relationships, 2). Having empathy, 3). Guiding, 4). Healing, 5).
